Ingredients
  • 310 g Lotus biscoff
  • 2 tsps Baking powder
  • 250 ml Milk

3-Ingredient biscoff cake

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C . Also line your baking tin.
  • Crush all your 310g of lotus biscoff
  • Then add the baking powder and mix until it is evenly distributed.
  • Add the milk in to the mixture. Mix well and then pour into the lined baking tin.
  • Place in the oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in the tin slightly before moving to a wired rack to cool fully. Then spread some biscoff spread and slice before serving!
