Ingredients
  • 1 Large potato
  • 1 White onion
  • 1 tsp Very lazy red chillies
  • Low calorie cooking spray
  • Spring onion
  • Sriracha mayonnaise

  1. Chop the potato into chunk and slice the onion thinly
  2. add the potatoes & onion to a microwaveable bowl boil the kettle and add the water to the bowl
  3. put the bowl of potatoes & onion in the microwave for 10 minutes
  4. drain the potato & onion then mash together
  5. Add the chillies
  6. spray a silicone doughnut mould with low calorie cooking spray and push the potato mixture into the mould. ( you can buy these doughnut moulds from amazon)
  7. Bake in the oven on 200C for 35-45 minutes
  8. Sprinkle with spring onion
  9. serve with sriracha mayonnaise & enjoy
