  • 2 tbsps Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Cracked black pepper

Chicken Kiev

This is a timeless chicken recipe that always delivers!

When i make this i always wonder why i haven't made it for a while because its so darn tasty!


  • Preheat the oven to180℃ 
  • In a pestle and mortar put butter ,minced garlic, pinch of sea salt,pinch of cracked
  • black pepper and your fresh and dried herbs
  • smash it all up and roll into sausage shape and wrap in cling film put in freezer. (don't skip this step)
  • meanwhile slit a pocket in the side of your chicken breast
  • In a food processor put the bread, smoked paprika, sea salt and pepper
  • stuff your chicken with the sliced disks of frozen butter
  • Roll your chicken breast carefully in flour, dip in beaten egg the roll in breadcrumbs,
  • Place on baking tray drizzle in olive oil cook in oven for 35 mins at 180℃  until golden
