  • 2 tsps Worcestershire Sauce
  • 70 ml Water
  • ½ tsp Dried Chilli Flakes

BBQ Bourbon Wings

BBQ Sauce With A Lick Of American Bourbon

  1. Firstly to make the sauce, grab a small saucepan and place over medium/high heat and add all the ingredients and stir together. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 8-10mins until thickened, take off the heat and set aside.
  2. In a large pan add 500 ml of vegetable oil and bring heat to 170℃.
  3. Grab a large mixing bowl and add the chicken, flour and salt & pepper and mix together thoroughly until all wings are fully coated. Then once oil has reached heat, do the wings in in 2 batches, cook for 4-5mins until crispy and golden then take out and drain on kitchen paper. Repeat for second batch of wings.
  4. Once drained, add the wings to a large bowl and cover in the BBQ sauce and toss to coat all of the wings then serve. Enjoy
