Slice your cheese into thin strips.

Spread about 1 tbsp of butter on 1 side of all your bread.

In a hot pan over low-medium heat, place the bread butter side down in the pan. Then drizzle about a tbs of olive oil on the bread.

Top the bread with all 3 types of cheese. Making sure they cover the whole slice of bread. Place the other slices of bread on top of the cheese to make a sandwich.

Cook until 1 side is golden brown…Add more butter if it seems like its starting to burn. You want your pan glossy not dry and not to oil either.

When it’s golden brown (should take about 2 minutes). Flip onto the other side  & cook until it gains colour. The cheese should have melted.

I cooked mine for 5 minutes in total because my cheese slices were a little thick.

Repeat with the other slices…

Serve hot and Enjoy
