  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Cut tofu into cubes
  3. Put into a large bowl and coat with garlic, ginger & soy sauce
  4. Cover for 30 minutes and allow to marinade
  5. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with oil
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy
