Flavoursome, crispy and healthy baked tofu!
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Cut tofu into cubes
- Put into a large bowl and coat with garlic, ginger & soy sauce
- Cover for 30 minutes and allow to marinade
- Place on a baking tray and drizzle with oil
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy
