  • Cup almond milk
  • Cup oats
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • 1 dsp blueberry yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  1. In a pot, add the almond milk, sliced banana, blueberries, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and add oats.
  4. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes or until reached desired consistency.
  5. Transfer cooked oatmeal into a bowl and mix in the yogurt and collagen.
  6. Top with the other half of the banana, fresh blueberries, peanut butter, and cacao nibs.
  7. ENJOY!
