  • 4 Eggs
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsps Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 8 Slices of brioche loaf
  • Spray light
  • Maple syrup, icing sugar and berries, to serve

French Toast

This isn't a brunch classic for no reason! It's super easy, so light and fluffy, what's not to like!

  1. In a shallow dish, add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract. half the cinnamon and salt. Whisk to combine.
  2. Dip each side of the bread into the egg mixture. Once you have dipped half the slices in, add the rest of the cinnamon.
  3. Then, heat a pan with some spray light cooking oil and cook the brioche bread until golden (about 2 minutes on each side).
  4. Serve the french toast with maple syrup, and berries and dust with some icing sugar.
