  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Large Pinch Of Salt
  • 100 ml Olive Oil

Perfect Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

For yorkies that work every time!

  • Preheat the your oven to 210c
  • Beat the eggs and the flour until a smooth texture
  • Gradually add the milk whilst beating until glossy
  • Add the salt and mix fully
  • Transfer the mixture to a jug
  • In a Yorkshire pudding/muffin tin, put a drop of oil into the bottom of each mould (around 2mm in depth) and place into the oven for 2 minutes/until the oil starts to lightly smoke.
  • Carefully remove the tray from the oven and pour in the mixture to the moulds. Cover the base, no more than 3mm in depth.
  • Immediately put the the tray back into the oven for 20 minutes UNDISTURBED!
  • When cooked, remove from the oven, use immediately or leave to cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the moulds until ready to use. Store in a cool dry environment to avoid them going soggy.
