A fantastic fakeaway side dish that's easy to make & a great way to use up leftover meat.

- Fry off the Onion & Cabbage in 2tbsp veg oil for 2 mins then add in the Beansprouts & do the same.
- Prepare your noodles per the instructions then add to the pan with your choice of protein and the sauce.
- Stir through and cook until hot then serve.

1½ tbsps Shaoxing Wine

1½ tbsps Oyster Sauce

2 tsps Brown Sugar

½ tsp Sesame Oil

150 g Egg noodles

¼ Savoy Cabbage (finely shredded)

1 Handful Beansprouts
-
4 Spring Onion (thinly sliced)

1 Handful of Cooked Protein
