  • 1½ tbsps Soy Sauce
  • 1½ tbsps Shaoxing Wine
  • 1½ tbsps Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsps Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Sesame Oil
  • 150 g Egg noodles
  • ¼ Savoy Cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 1 Handful Beansprouts
  • 4 Spring Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Handful of Cooked Protein

A fantastic fakeaway side dish that's easy to make & a great way to use up leftover meat.

Prep 10 minutes
Total 10 minutes
  • Fry off the Onion & Cabbage in 2tbsp veg oil for 2 mins then add in the Beansprouts & do the same.
  • Prepare your noodles per the instructions then add to the pan with your choice of protein and the sauce.
  • Stir through and cook until hot then serve.
