With Strawberry Puree & Syrup
Is there ever a better breakfast than fluffy crepes and sweet, indulgent fillings?
I prefer a thicker crepe to the standard French so use a Yorkshire pud recipe... controversial!!! I just prefer a doughier crepe with no crispy edges.

- Whizz all ingredients in a food processor, with an electric hand whisk or by hand.
- Melt a small knob of butter in a hot frying/ crepe pan
- Pour in a thin covering of batter and cook until you can move the crepe round the pan.
- Flip and cook the other side for 30 secs and serve
