  • 140 g Plain Flour

Is there ever a better breakfast than fluffy crepes and sweet, indulgent fillings?

I prefer a thicker crepe to the standard French so use a Yorkshire pud recipe... controversial!!! I just prefer a doughier crepe with no crispy edges.

Prep 5 minutes
Total 10 minutes
  • Whizz all ingredients in a food processor, with an electric hand whisk or by hand.
  • Melt a small knob of butter in a hot frying/ crepe pan
  • Pour in a thin covering of batter and cook until you can move the crepe round the pan.
  • Flip and cook the other side for 30 secs and serve
