Cut the steak into 1 inch pieces.
Marinate the steak pieces with all the ingredients written under 'marination'. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Prepare the sauce in a bowl by adding all ingredients written under 'sauce'.
Heat the frying pan on the a medium flame. Add the sauce from the bowl and let the sauce cook until it bubbles and starts to thicken. Switch off the flame.
Heat the griddle pan on a medium-high flame. Add oil (2 tbsp) and let it heat up. Place the steak pieces (do not over crowd the pan) and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Place the frying pan containing sauce back on medium heat. Add the steak pieces and mix well. Let the sauce coat the steak pieces well and switch off the flame.
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens. Enjoy!
