1/ Dice the onion and the bacon. Finely grate the garlic. Roughly chop the parsley.
2/ Add the oil to a frying pan over a medium high heat. Add the bacon and fry for about 5 mins until it’s started to crisp round the edges. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for a few more mins to soften a little.
3/ Add the wine and cook until about 2/3 of it has evaporated. Add the peas and cook for a couple more minutes.
4/ Add the crème fraiche and a large spoonful of the pasta cooking water. Stir it and heat for a couple of mins then stir through the parsley and mix through pasta to serve.
