  • 300 g Mixed Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
  • 1 Knob Of Butter
  • 1 Fresh Thyme Sprig
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • Goats Cheese
The Garnish
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley

Mushroom & Goat's Cheese Crostini


  • Heat a frying pan to medium, add olive oil
  • Add mushrooms and garlic, cook for 1-2 mins
  • Add butter, thyme and salt & pepper, cook until tender and excess liquid has evaporated
  • Heat another pan (or use oven on high heat) to medium/high
  • Drizzle sliced baguette with olive oil
  • Grill or bake until golden brown
  • Spread a healthy layer of goats cheese onto each crostini
  • Top with warm mushroom mixture
  • Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley
  • Enjoy!
