Ingredients
For the smoothie bowl:
  • 2 Frozen bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Frozen mixed berries
  • ½ Cup Greek yogurt
Toppings:
  • Granola
  • Mixed seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Banana

Very berry smoothie bowl

Fresh smoothie bowl, topped with additional fresh fruit + crunchy granola! Simple, delicious + balanced

  1. Pro tip before starting is to ensure you have a high-speed/quality blender. I recommend either a Ninja or Vitamix!
  2. Add all of your frozen fruits into a blender cup and blend until thick and creamy. To make sure my fruit is blended, I usually stop and shake a couple of times in the blending process
  3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish/decorate with your granola, additional fresh fruits + seeds! The toppings are my favourite part, as you can go with whatever you're feeling!
  4. Serve + enjoy!
