  • 4 sausages
  • 4 rashers of bacon
  • 8 button mushrooms
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tin of beans
  • ½ tin of tomatoes
  • 12 hash browns
  • 1½ tbsps brown sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Full English Bake

Switching up the classic Full English with this crispy hash brown topped bake.


  1. Squeeze the sausages out of their skins and form into small balls. Fry these in a little oil until brown all over.
  2. Once they are add the diced bacon and cook this for a further 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms and onions, season, once these start to soften add the paprika and tomato puree and stir through.
  4. Add in the tomatoes and beans, season and mix through before adding the brown sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour into an oven dish and add the hashbrowns on the top, bake for 25 minutes at 180-190c.
  6. Serve with a fried egg
