In a flat bottom frying pan, add butter and let it melt on a medium flame. Add finely chopped onion, sauté and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Next add garlic, sauté and cook for a minute. Then add the stock cube, paprika, hot sauce and pepper; keep stirring. Once the stock cube dissolves, add the prawns, wine and salt to taste; let it simmer and bring the sauce to a boil. Make sure the prawns turn pink and are cooked well. This will take less than 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
