Easy Deviled Eggs

This is how I like mine cuz I'm a sucker for yellow mustard but its so good and the recipe is so easy to change, you can easily make it your own!


  1. Submerge eggs in water and boil until fully cooked, about 10min. You want hard boiled eggs
  2. Peel the shell and cut the egg in half. Remove the egg yolk into a bowl, and dry off the egg whites
  3. In the bowl with you egg yolk, add mayo, dijon and yellow mustard, paprika, and pepper. Mix it till well combined. Taste it and see if you need to adjust the filling.
  4. When you are happy with the filling, scoop it back into the egg whites and top it with some more smoked paprika and pepper.
