- Clean belt fish and marinate with salt, cooking wine, salt and black pepper about 10 minutes; Slice and dice ginger and slice green onion
- Start with cooking oil in a heated skillet, place sliced ginger in the skillet until aroma comes out. Place marinated belt fish in the pan to cook. Add in chopped scallion to cook until both sides are golden brown
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallion. Serve with a dipping sauce
