  • 1 Large Handful Spinach Stalks Removed
  • 12 Rashers Streaky Bacon
Ranch Rub
  • 2 tbsps Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Chives
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar /sugar
  • 5 tsps granulated garlic
  • 2 tsps onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Three Cheese & Spinach Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Ranch Rubben Chicken

Wow that was a mouthful! But trust me its utterly delicious


  • Slice a slit in your chicken breast and ope it flat like a book
  • Mix together all your cheeses and spinach until well combined
  • Stuff your cheese mixture into your chicken and close the flap
  • Lay out your bacon side by side using 3 bits each breast
  • Place your chicken onto the bacon and wrap the bacon around the chicken securely
  • Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with plenty of your ranch rub
  • Bake in the oven at 200℃ for around 40 mins (pour out and juices half way
  • The chicken should be golden and delicious
  • Slice and serve



For the rub : in a pestle and mortar grind all the ingredients into a fine powder (this can be stored in a jar for weeks )
