1 Mug Does All The Measuring, So You'd Be A Mug Not To Do It

  1. Grab a mixing bowl and crack in the egg, add the milk and sift in the flour
  2. Whisk everything until you have a batter, now add a pinch of salt
  3. With a large non stick frying pan, place over medium heat, add the butter and melt around the pan
  4. Once butter has melted carefully add 3 ladles of batter to the pan, be careful as to not bump into each other, cook each pancake for 2mins on one side and 1min on the other. Repeat for all
  5. When the pancakes are cooked, transfer to a plate and serve with you're choice of toppings
