Ingredients
  • 120 g Conchiglie pasta
  • 4 Sausages
  • 50 g Chorizo
  • 6 Asparagus spears
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Pinches of chilli flakes

  1. Salt a large pan of water and bring to boil and add pasta, meanwhile heat a splash of oil on a frying pan and add chopped sausages and fry for 3/4 min then add onions and garlic.
  2. When pasta is done drain most of the water ( leave a few spoonfuls ) and add the tomatoes and chilli flakes and put back on the heat for 2/3 and add the asparagus and chorizo to the frying pan and cook for the same amount of time.
  3. Empty the the contents of the frying pan in with pasta and serve in a bowl, add a drizzle of chilli oil and a generous shaving of Parmesan.
