- Salt a large pan of water and bring to boil and add pasta, meanwhile heat a splash of oil on a frying pan and add chopped sausages and fry for 3/4 min then add onions and garlic.
- When pasta is done drain most of the water ( leave a few spoonfuls ) and add the tomatoes and chilli flakes and put back on the heat for 2/3 and add the asparagus and chorizo to the frying pan and cook for the same amount of time.
- Empty the the contents of the frying pan in with pasta and serve in a bowl, add a drizzle of chilli oil and a generous shaving of Parmesan.
