

I had never made biscotti before, until now. This recipe is easy and delicious. The double bake ensures a crispy and tasty biscotti every time.
Cream sugar, eggs, extracts and butter.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Mix until just combined.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 logs on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spend some time flattening them (they should be 1-1.5 inches high).
Bake in a preheated oven at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
Place on a cooling rack for 15 minutes.
Using a serrated knife, cut into ¾ inch slices and arrange them on the baking sheet again with the cut side down.
Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
