Thai Green Curry Paste

Make a fragrant Thai curry at home.

Get the taste of Thailand at home with my fragrant Thai green curry paste. Its so quick to make, extremely easy and better than anything you can buy in a jar.

Next time you have the urge for a curry forget about getting a takeaway, once you have this paste in the fridge you can knock up a curry in minutes whenever your heart desires.

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food blender and whiz to a smooth paste or using a pestle and mortar and bash to a paste. I like to add a little water to help it along.

It's that quick and that simple.
