Masala Omelette
A comforting omelette to start the day, including lots of veggies!
A comforting omelette to start the day, including lots of veggies!
- Preheat the grill to 250c. Chop up your vegetables, heat up a pan with a little oil and add the vegetables. Cook until softened.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season. Add the spices into the pan with vegetables and stir for 1 minute. Add the eggs and move the pan around until it is all covered with eggs. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cheese and place into the grill until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Serve with bread or alone! Enjoy!
