  • ¼ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight and rinsed
  • ¼ onion, roughly diced
  • 2 tbsps dried porcini powder
  • 1 small potato, peeled and chopped into bite-size chunks
  • 1 tsp shiro miso paste
  • 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp savoury yeast
  • 2 cup water
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp #ABUNDANCE

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium-size pot.
  2. Cook on medium-high until the potato chunks are soft.
  3. Turn off the heat and allow to rest for a few minutes.
  4. Transfer to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
