  • 3 tbsps Dark Soy sauce
  • 3 Light soy sauce
  • 3 tbsps Coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tsps Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsps Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsps Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Spring onions sliced
  • 1 Red chilli sliced
  • 2 tsps Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tsps Black sesame seeds

Asian stir fried beef perfect for Keto or to top some noodles.

Prep 45 minutes
Total 2 hours 45 minutes

Slice the steak into bite size chunks. Mix with the cornflour and salt until covered. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and throw in the sliced white onion along with the beef. Cook until onion is softened then slice and add the pepper. Cook for 5 then add in the ginger and garlic, stir and then the rest of the ingredients (apart from half the spring onion and red chilli). Cook until thickened. Feel free to add cornflour if needed to thicken. Garnish with the spring onion and red chilli.
