Ingredients
Dragon bowl:
  • 2 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
  • ½ frozen dragon fruit, roughly chopped
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of sweetener of choice, I used 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp #EASE & FLOW
Tropical bowl:
  • 2 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • A dash of sweetener of choice, I used 1 tsp maple syrup
  • A pinch of #LOVE
Chocolate bowl:
  • 2 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsps almond butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder, or double
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • A dash of sweetener of choice, I used 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup #POSITIVITY
Berry bowl:
  • 2 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • A dash of sweetener of your choice, I used 1 tsp maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp #COMFORT

Method

  1. Whichever bowl you decide to make, remember that a high-speed blender is a gig here. I use the Vitamix. It has never failed me.
  2. Add the ingredients to your blender and blend until thick and creamy. 
  3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with seeds, granola and toppings of your choice.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
