  • 20 g Cucumber (thinly sliced)
Satay Sauce
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter powder
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder
  • Splash of hot water

🐠Make the satay sauce by mixing together the peanut butter powder, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and water in a small bowl till you achieve your desired sauce consistency and set aside.

🐠Add the spring roll rice paper to a saucepan with hot water for approximately 5 seconds then use a spatula to set aside onto a small plate to dry.

🐠Once dry, spoon on your peanut butter mixture covering the ricepaper.

🐠Add the salmon and cucumber and roll into a spring roll.

🐠Lay to set for a minute or so, then cut in half and enjoy!
