Air fryer potato wedges

Potatoes in the air fryer have always been a bit tricky for me. They end up either over or under cooked, but this time I nailed it by cutting them into thin wedges and making sure that there isn’t too much overlap in the air fryer.

Also, I’ve come up with a spice blend coating for them that ensures they don’t dry out!

Wash and cut potatoes in half. Slice each half lengthwise into ¼ inch pieces.  Add all of the ingredients listed above into a bowl along with the potato wedges.  Combine well.

Preheat your air fryer to 400F. Lightly brush the basket with olive oil.  Place half of the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.  Take out the basket and turn the wedges.  Cook for 10 more minutes.  Remove from the air fryer and place in an oven safe dish.  Sprinkle with salt and check out my spicy mayo recipe.
