Soy-Garlic Mushrooms

If you love mushrooms, you need to try out this recipe. A delicious starter will be ready in under 10 minutes.

ingredients
  • Button/ Shitake mushrooms: 250-300 gm
  • Garlic cloves: 3 (finely chopped)
  • Seasoned rice vinegar/ balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes: 1 tbsp
  • Pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Parsley: 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

If you love mushrooms, you need to try out this recipe. A delicious starter will be ready in under 10 minutes.

Step 1:

In a frying pan, add the oil and chopped garlic on a medium flame. Sauté for a few seconds.

Step 2:

Add the whole mushrooms and the rest of the ingredients. Sauté and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Finally, garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy them whilst hot.
