300 g chicken thigh fillet

400 g Chinese stir fry sauce

240 ml teriyaki sauce

unsalted cashews

150 g basmati rice
- Boil the rice
- Fry the chicken. When the chicken is ready, add the vegetables.
- Fry the cashews a little brown in another pan if necessary.
- Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and vegetables.
