

Mexican Vegan Burgers
This is a great, easy vegan and keto friendly recipe; free from legumes just chipotle smoked almonds. Each burger has only 1.9 net carbs!

- Preheat the oven at 350F.
- In a cup let the flaxseed soaking in water, about 10 minutes.
- Put all the rest of the ingredients (except for the hemp seeds) in a food processor and pulse until you created a puree.
- Add the flaxseed mix and pulse again.
- Add the hemp seeds and mix with a spoon.
- Create 9 round burgers and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with vegetables and guacamole.
