Mexican Vegan Burgers

This is a great, easy vegan and keto friendly recipe; free from legumes just chipotle smoked almonds. Each burger has only 1.9 net carbs!

Prep 20 minutes
Total 40 minutes
  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
  2. In a cup let the flaxseed soaking in water, about 10 minutes.
  3. Put all the rest of the ingredients (except for the hemp seeds) in a food processor and pulse until you created a puree.
  4. Add the flaxseed mix and pulse again.
  5. Add the hemp seeds and mix with a spoon.
  6. Create 9 round burgers and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve with vegetables and guacamole.
