Prepare asparagus by trimming the hard stem. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add asparagus to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few seconds each side. Remove and keep aside.
Pat the salmon dry. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley.
Heat a cast iron pan. Pour in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add salmon. Cook one side for a couple of minutes till golden before turning the other side. Keep aside.
Add the rest of the oil and add the broccoli. Season with salt and garlic powder. Cook only for a few seconds. Remove.
Add the spinach. Let it wilt for a few seconds. Remove.
Put salmon with asparagus, broccoli and spinach. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top.
Serve with lemon cut into discs.
