Marinate the prawns with salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside for a couple of min until you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
In a frying pan, add butter and let it melt on a medium flame. Add the chopped garlic, sauté them for 2 minutes and then add the marinated prawns. Cook them on each side for 2 minutes and transfer them into a bowl.
Add lime juice and white wine into the same frying pan, let it simmer for about 30 seconds and then add the cream and parmesan, mix and then add the prawns and mix well. Garnish them with parsley. Delicious prawns are ready in 10 minutes.
