INGREDIENTS

  • 75 ml Olive Oil
  • 200 g Feta Cheese
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic (Finely Crushed/Pureed)
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1½ tsps Thyme (Finely chopped fresh/Dried)
  • 1½ tbsps Basil (Finely chopped fresh/Dried
  • 1½ tbsps Oregano (Finely chopped fresh/Dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste (better well seasoned)

Garlic & Herb Feta Chips

The tastiest chips you'll ever make...

  1. Crumble up the feta as fine as you like. I like leaving some big clumps though!
  2. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl (large enough to add your chips to later).
  3. Add the feta and mix through coating and mixing everything up.
  4. Set aside for an hour minimum to infuse.
  5. Cook your chips (Get my perfect oven chips method by scrolling through my recipes!).
  6. Once the chips are done, immediately transfer to the mixing bowl and toss through binding the chips with the cheesey marinade.
  7. Remover the chips with some tongs shaking off any excess oil and serve straight away.
