Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 180 g of noodles - I used vermicelli
  • 2 carrots cut into julienne
  • 6 pieces of asparagus cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 pepper cut into cubes
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 2 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsps of soy sauce
  • 1 lime cut into wedges.
  • Handful of sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Chicken Teriyaki Noodles


  1. Marinate the chicken breast in half of the teriyaki sauce and place into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. 
  2. Take the chicken out of the fridge and cut into cubes. Heat the pan with a little oil, add the chicken and cook until thoroughly cooked and golden brown. 
  3. In the same pan add more oil and onions and carrots, cook for 2 mins. Add the peppers and asparagus. Cook the noodles whilst doing this (dependent on what noodles you use).
  4. Once the veg is soft add the chicken back in, the rest of the teriyaki sauce and extra soy sauce. Stir for 1 minute and add the noodles.
  5. Once the noodles are hot, serve up and add 1 cut lime wedge and sesame seeds
  6. Enjoy 🍜
