  • 3 Nectarines, halved and with the pip removed
  • 110 g Soft dark brown sugar
  • 1 Ready made puff pastry
  • 20 g Melted butter

Nectarine Tarte Tatin

A very easy but totally delicious pud!!

Prep 10 minutes
Total 40 minutes
  • Lightly flour your surface, place the dough onto the surface and roll out into a large circular shape.
  • Heavily butter the base of your baking dish before generously covering in a layer of the brown sugar.
  • Arrange the nectarine halves flesh side facing down. Lay the pasty over the top and make sure to press down gently especially around the edges.
  • Place in a pre-heated oven at 180℃ for around 35 minutes until the pastry is golden.
  • Once cooked, leave to cool down slightly, loosen the edges, cover with a plate and flip.
  • Best severed warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
