

Nectarine Tarte Tatin
A very easy but totally delicious pud!!

- Lightly flour your surface, place the dough onto the surface and roll out into a large circular shape.
- Heavily butter the base of your baking dish before generously covering in a layer of the brown sugar.
- Arrange the nectarine halves flesh side facing down. Lay the pasty over the top and make sure to press down gently especially around the edges.
- Place in a pre-heated oven at 180℃ for around 35 minutes until the pastry is golden.
- Once cooked, leave to cool down slightly, loosen the edges, cover with a plate and flip.
- Best severed warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
