Ingredients
  • 8 street size tortillas
  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 1½ tbsps chilli sauce (we used maggi indian sauce)
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Toppings
  • pico de gallo
  • whipped feta
  • sriracha
  • jalapenos

Spicy Cauliflower Tacos


  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl (everything apart from the cauliflower and tortillas). Cut the cauliflower into florets and mix into the marinade.
  2. Roast this for about 30 minutes at 180c
  3. Once this is done, assemble the taco with the cauliflower and your favourite toppings!
