Step 1:
Cut the chicken thighs into 2 inch pieces.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients written under 'chicken marination', mix well, cover with cling film and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3:
If you are using wooden skewers, soak them for a while.
Step 4:
Pre-heat the oven at 180c fan.
Step 5:
Skewer the chicken pieces and place them on grilling rack. Grill them for 15 minutes. Flip and cook them for final 2 minutes. Kebabs are ready!
