MASALA PORK STUFFING LOG WRAPPED IN BACON

Up your stuffing game by adding some FLAVVVVA AND SPICE to that sausage meat! This stuffing loaf goes gorgeously with my Masala injected Turkey (recipe to follow soon) but would also work wonderfully with any roast to give you some extra oomph, especially if you are cooking a relatively bland roast for the kiddos!


This gorgeous savoury, buttery, spiced loaf is loaded with juicy sausage, dried cranberries and fusion flavours which give you the BEST Sausage Stuffing EVER! Pile it high and hope you are the first one back in line for seconds before it all disappears too! 🤣

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃
  2. Squeeze the sausage meat from the sausage skins and place into a large bowl
  3. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl except the bacon and using your hands give it all a really good mix until you have a smooth mixture that holds together well
  4. Mould the sausage meat into a loaf shape and place onto a lined oven tray 
  5. Carefully lay each slice of bacon around the sausage meat in a row overlapping a little and keeping the fat side of the bacon exposed and making sure to cover the entire loaf
  6. Bake in the oven about 40 minutes then turn the oven up to 250C for another 10 minutes to crisp up the bacon and cook until the internal temperature is 72C/160F, cover loosely with foil if starting to burn
  7. Cut the loaf into slices and serve alongside your roast
  8. Enjoy!
