Make yourself these easy sweet treats with a boozy kick. great as a stocking filler or a great gift.

Equipment

Start by giving the biscuits a good crushing 

Then place them in a kitchen mixer with the condensed milk and mix for 2 mins or until well mixed

Then add in the cocoa powder and the coconut and mix well

Finish with the rum and mix for another minute 

Using a spoon, take a good spoonful and roll into a ball then roll in the chocolate vermicelli 

Reserve them in the fridge for 30mins to set
