Step 1:
Prep the chicken and veggies.
Step 2:
Prepare the sauce by adding all the ingredients written under 'sauce' in a bowl. Mix and keep it ready.
Step 3:
In a large wok/ frying pan, add the oil and let it heat up on a high flame. Add the chopped garlic and onion, sauté and cook for a minute. Then add the chicken pieces, salt and pepper powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they are half-cooked.
Step 4:
Now add the veggies one by one, depending on how fast they cook. I have added broccoli and carrots. Sauté and cook them for 2 minutes. Then add the rest of the veggies. Let them cook for 2 minutes. Keep stirring so that everything gets cooked evenly.
Step 5:
Add the sauce, mix and bring to boil. This will take less than 2 minutes. The chicken stir-fry is ready.
