Spicy Chickpeas & Pumpkin Curry served in the pumpkin

When a pumpkin season is upon us cant think of anything more delicious to prepare that would keep you full and Satisfied! Check out the recipe and give it a go.

  1. Carving your pumpkin and removing all the seeds is the first step to take, it takes time. Ensure to separate seeds from the bit of pumpkin that you carv.
  2. Chop Pumpkin bits in to the cubes.
  3. Preheat the pan , add some olive oil or any other of your choice.
  4. Add Pumpkin cubes
  5. Add chickpeas
  6. Add all seasoning
  7. Add Coconut Milk
  8. Add cashew nuts
  9. Steam purple Broccoli
  10. Cook curry for around 10-12 minutes.
  11. Serve in the carved Pumpkin shell with steamed Broccoli
