150 ml Beef Stock

Taco Sauce

500 g Passata
-
1 tsp Garlic Powder
-
½ tsp Cumin
-
½ tsp Paprika

1 tsp Onion Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Small Glass of Water

Beef Tacos
- Heat 1-2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add onion and cook over low heat until softened.
- Add garlic, cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add peppers and cook for 3-5 mins.
- Add mince, cook over high heat until starting to brown, break up lumps with wooden spoon.
- Add spices and season well.
- Add stock, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 mins until liquid has evaporated.
- In a pot add all your taco sauce ingredients, season, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins until thickened.
- Serve beef with taco shells, pico de Gallo lettuce, sour cream, cheese and taco sauce.
