

Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare a loaf pan by spreading oil all over it with a paper towel and then lightly flouring it.
Mash bananas in a bowl using a fork. In the same bowl add eggs, sugar and oil and whisk until combined well.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk until combined.
With a spatula, fold in the chia seeds and chocolate chips.
Transfer mix to the pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Check for doneness by placing a piece of spaghetti in the center to see if it comes out clean. Let cool 10 min then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
