Ingredients

½ Cup hot water (microwave for 50 seconds and add slowly at the end while mixing)

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease a squarecake pan (or bundt pan) with shortening or coconut oil.
- Combine dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Add all the wet ingredients to another bowl.
- add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Pour in your pans and bake for 45-50 min. Let cool before removing.
