- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well till it all comes together to form a dough. Divide into 4 individual dough balls, lightly flour your work top and roll out.
- Get a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and cook dry for a couple of minutes on each side. When you get nice golden brown spots on the bread it’s time to flip over.
I also like to add fresh chillis into the dough at times or different types of herbs so just have a play.
