INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g self raising flour.
  • 2 tbsps of olive oil.
  • 140 g fat free Greek yoghurt.
  • Pinch of salt.
Easy Homemade Flatbreads

Easy Homemade Flatbreads

Once you make these you will never buy shop bought again.

Ditch the utensils and use the flatbread for spooning up your favourite curry or some lovely lentils . Tear and dip into soup. Or use as the perfect vessel for housing your homemade kebabs.

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well till it all comes together to form a dough. Divide into 4 individual dough balls, lightly flour your work top and roll out.
  2. Get a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and cook dry for a couple of minutes on each side. When you get nice golden brown spots on the bread it’s time to flip over.


I also like to add fresh chillis into the dough at times or different types of herbs so just have a play.
