Kansas BBQ Wings

Dorothy Gale Loves These Wings

Probably best making 30 of these as people will be scrapping for them

Prep 5 minutes
Total 30 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 190℃, place all wings into a large mixing bowl sprinkle over the bbq rub and toss thoroughly to coat all the wings.
  2. Place wings onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 30mins.
  3. Meanwhile to make the sauce, grab a medium saucepan and place over medium/high heat, add all the sauce ingredients and stir to combine all the flavours. Bring the mixture to a boil then turn the heat down to a simmer. Simmer for 15-20mins then take off the heat and set aside.
  4. Once wings are cooked, take out the oven and brush the wings with the sauce then place back in the oven for 5mins then remove again.
  5. Place the wings into a bowl and mix them with some of the BBQ sauce (you decide how saucy you want them). Once coated, plate up and enjoy.
