

Jalapeño Popper Chips
- Cut, De-seed and wash your jalapeños.
- Toss Jalapeños into a blender, chop them up… but NOT TOO MUCH.
- Combine Jalapeños, almond flour, spices, bacon bits, eggs and cheese together in a mixing bowl.
- mix it up… REAL GOOD.
- Scoop some of the mixture and place it onto desired cooking surface.
- Pan Fry using Extra virgin Olive oil on medium until desired crispyness. OR cook in oven/air fryer at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until deep golden brown.
